I don't know how to solve your problem, but this only confirms my belief that JAWS 11 and the BrailleNote don't play well together.

What do I need to do? The cd that came with the apex is no help, giving me only some script files which I have already placed in my jaws settings folder. What do I need to do? Thanks.
