Dear sirs:
I have had an account on Earthlink for a few years that I use with my
mPower. I was able to receive and send emails on Earthlink. then I
didn't send emails for a few months. When I went to send an email
recently using my mPower, I was informed there was an authentication issue
and I couldn't send any emails on Earthlink until it is fixed.
I ahve no problem logging into Earthlink and receiving emails. But I
don't seem to be able to send emails.
Does anyone know if any of the email settings for the mPower have to be
changed in order to be able to send emails on Earthlink, and if so which
setting(s) and to what?
