Hello List and humanware!
I am having a problem with the apex, that I can't understand at all. One day, I went to emboss a file. I was using a bluetooth connection. For some reason, the file only embossed part way through. I tried embossing it again. From the main menu, I went to the keyword menu, and I hit E for emboss. When I did this, the bn beeped, and I got the following error message: "The specified network resource or device is no longer available." I can no longer emboss files. Now, every time I hit E for emboss from the keyword menu, I get this error message. This message is spoken even before the "Emboss or setup embosser?," prompt. I have tried all the resets. I have also tried manually dumping my configuration files. I was on the phone with tech support, and they could not figure it out. They recommended that I reinstall keysoft 9, build 534. I did this, and it fixed nothing. I'm really confused about what would be causing this problem. If anyone has any further suggestions, please reply. I have tried everything I know to fix this problem.
