Hi,
What are the symptos that you are observing? Does it say "failed to
download" or the Apex sits at a certain percentage and refuses to download
further?
This is not a good thing...
Cheers,
Joseph

Ironically I'm unable to successfully download the podcast on the
Apex!
Has anyone been able to do so?

Subject: [Braillenote] PBWorks: Updates as of version 6.1...

Hi folks,

Sorry for the delay in posting this report. Well happy late
Valentine's.

Once again, I'm here to give you an update on the PBWorks site.
As of
version 6.1, few things have been added, including:

. The much anticipated recording of the Techtalk
presentation is now
up on my site. This is the one that was on February 9. Go to
Apex Corner
then go to Audio section.

. Also, the FAQ has been rewritten - actually pasted
again. The
version on the Apex Corner is the official FAQ from the HumanWare
site now.

. There is a new Support Hotline article which talks
about
differences in storage capacity reporting between company specs
and from the
BrailleNote. It is under Storage Management section of the
website.

In the coming months, I plan to update the website to gradually
transition
the article base from the mPower to the Apex (Classic and PK will
still be
honored). So the one after this release (likely 6.2) will be the
last
PBWorks based on the mPower; starting from version 7.0 (starting
later this
year), I'll base the information from the Apex (mPower will still
be there).
But first I need to devote my time to studying (of course) - so
the most
exciting updates will not occur (most likely) until mid-June.

As always, the website is braillenote.pbworks.com. If you have
any comments,
feel free to contact me (I would not be able to respond quickly;
but if I
have things to say, I'll see if I can answer your query).

Cheers,

Joseph s. Lee
