Have you checked all of your braille display, keyboard, and
translate settings? If you give me your Keysoft Version, I will
be able to help you. Also, I'm not sure how newer versions of
KeySoft, (like 8.0) handle grades on the BrailleNote since I
don't use a newer version.

Dear all,
For some reason, my email and internet are now appearing in
grade 1 Braille rather than grade 2. I did nothing (that I know
of) that would have caused this change to occur, and I am not
sure how to fix the problem. Can anyone tell me how to get my
BrailleNote to display email and internet in grade 2 again?
