Hi, since version 8 of keysoft all Braillenotes have used elliquence for the
voice in the book reader no matter what your voice choice is. I prefer
keynote for speech but we no longer get to choose. I haven't read a text
book since I upgraded so it hasn't been to bad for me since most of my books
are audio books so the only time I use elliquence in the book reader is in
the menus so that is only a little time but I think if I do get around to
reading a text book I will find elliquence quite annoying. I know others
have complained about the lack of a choice now but I don't know if Humanware
is going to do anything about it in a future upgrade to give us back the
choice.

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about the apex

Hello,
When I had an mPOWER several years ago, (ks 7.0.) I think. I loved reading
in the book reader with Keynote Gold.
Can you still use the book reader and keynote gold with the apex.
My voice sense uses elliquence.

Have a blessed day,
