Hi, at the moment I think the apex is running pretty much the same keysoft as the MPower's so there isn't much differancde in them at the moment so if it is a problem with the program then a MPower user maybe able to help. In future I'm sure there will be features on the Apex that isn't on the MPower so at that stage it will be important knowing what machine you are refering to and it would be good to have it in the subject line then.
