I'm not an html expert, but it probably has to do with which html tags are used. Some sources may more heavily mark there emails, using tags that the bn does not recognize.

Peggy,

I've done some testing here and find that some emails do read (which definitely appear to be in HTML) and others do not ... I can't fully understand the reasons. It seems to me it depends from which email source they've been sent ... but some do appear to work. It's the same with HTML Bibles. I have one that works and it used to work on the mPower; then a later version of the Keysoft's software brought about some extraneous characters, I recall, but it did still work. I stopped using it at that point, partly because of the characters but also because I really wanted all my Bible books in one folder and that is something the mPower and PK could not cope with! <Smiles>

I haven't played further with this with the Apex ... but could do some further experimenting if it's of any use.

e-mail

Hi, all. The Apex does appear to read html e-mail. I've
taken several online workshops from a site where the
e-mails have always come in html format. When I'd get
them on the mPower, I'd always have to go through all
kinds were contortions to read them. Tonight I got an
e-mail for a workshop I'm taking with this group on the
Apex, and when I opened it, there it was in plain
English! Yay!
Peggy
