As Carol mentioned, be sure to check if:
* If your router is set to "mixed mode". If this is the case, changing to "G
only" should help.
* Make sure that you are using WPA Personal (PSK or Pre-Shared Key mode).
For ease of assistance, could you mind post the router maker and your
current router settings (excluding SSID and IP addresses), including WPA
setting, authentication mode and router traffic (or access) mode (mixed, B/G
only etc.)? Thanks.

Hello,

My Wireless menu now works as it is supposed to, yet I continue to have
problems with the wireless network.  I've double checked that my router's
settings match those on the Apex, but no website will pull up like it is
supposed to.  I'm not willing to drop my network from WPA to WEP, and I'm
wondering if anyone else has encountered issues with setting up their
network using WPA?  I've tried a number of combinations, all to no avail.
The tech support guy wasn't able to resolve the issue.  Any help would be
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
