Yes, your friend needs to have Windows Mobile Device Center which
replaces Microsoft ActiveSync on XP, although I am not quite sure
how great of a program would be on Windows 7. I heard that this
program works on Windows Vista, but I'm not sure if in Windows 7.
I think it'll work well, though, because vista and windows7 are
pretty much the same.
