Hi:
This will sometimes happen when your memory is low
or your RAM is full.
You might try a simple reset as this will usually
clear up the problem.

Hi, HumanWare BrailleNote list members. Recently I
tried to download a
file on my bn. I'm using a BrailleNote MPower.
When I chose the
filename at the download filename prompt by pressing
enter, I got the
message, failed to download file. Can you please
help me if possible
