Hi all, I'm trying to upgrade my braille note to keysoft 7.5 build 31. I have the instructions and the website human ware gave me, but I'm unable to access the upgrade site due to a 404 error. I can access the site with the instructions just fine, just not the site with the software on it. Is there a site I can go to with the upgrade software without me pressing so many characters? I believe I have too many characters and that's why it's giving me that 404 error.
