What version of ks do you have? It might be fighting with the demo that
comes with ks. Is the gps new or an upgrade? I had a similar problem when
trying to upgrade mine. If it is an upgrade, try activating the demo with
your key. I think that that is how I solved it.

happens (give them your mPower's keyboard model, KeySoft version and GPS

I uninstalled it then did reinstall. Nope same error occurred when trying
to run the program.
