Sherri, from Main Menu, if you press F, D, then go to the Flash drive, and go to KeyList, you can press Enter there. At the "list of files" prompt, press Space one time. Press Space with X to see the list of "hidden files." You will see that you have an addresslist.cdb file. It won't show up just opening it from the Word Processor.

Subject: [Braillenote] KeyList question about address list

I am using the BrailleNote Apex. When I go into the file manager
menu and go to the directory menu and then go into the folder list and go to the KeyList folder, it shows the address list file, which I have created, but I cannot select that file to open it. Is there some reason for this?

Also when I go into KeyList from the open the document choice in
the KeyWord menu, I cannot find the address list file even listed as a choice. Again, is there some reason for this? I have looked around in the user's guide and found no explanation of this. Why is Address list listed in the file manager menu under KeyList, but not when I go the KeyList folder through the KeyWord menu? Thanks.
