Hi,
Also, I plan to produce an audio tutorial just for that - using
Apex as abraille display under JAWS and Vista via USB. I'll
announce this when I'm done (as part of the next PBWorks
version).
Cheers,
Joseph

BrailleNote Apex as braille terminal
A number of customers have contacted us to inquire about using
their
BrailleNote Apex as a braille terminal with their PC with the
JAWS and
Window-Eyes screen readers. This can be done either via a USB
connection or wirelessly via a bluetooth connection.
The most current information can always be found on the support
area of
the HumanWare web site in the FAQ section.
http://www.humanware.com/en-usa/support/braillenote_apex/apex_faq
Window-Eyes currently provides full support for the BrailleNote
Apex as
a braille terminal under all versions of Windows XP, Vista and 7.
The BrailleNote Apex can currently be used as a braille terminal
with
JAWS on 32-bit versions of Windows XP and Vista. Support for
64-bit
versions of Windows is currently under development and an
announcement
will be sent to the BrailleNote NewsWire when a solution is
available.
