Sorry about your dilemma.
Try using a different electrical outlet.
Check that the charger cord is not damaged and that
the transformer and plugs are sound.

Hello, everyone.
How is everyone doing? Just the otherday, I was
using my Braille note
Mpower, and it was working just fine, but today I
went to use and it will
not power up for me , I have tried several different
wall outlet, and I have
also tried a hard reset, or holding down the 4,5,6,
keys while I pushed in
the reset button, but I still had no luck. Could
anyone please help me out
with this one?
