Hi,
Can you tell us what settings and connection method you are using so that we can help you? Also, after you configure your BrailleNote and JAWS, did you restart JAWS?
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Why is my BrailleNote not working as a brailledisplay?

Dear list:
Does anyone know why I can't just use my BrailleNote as a Braille
display? I am using JAWS 9.0 with Windows XP, and Keysoft 7.2
build 47.
I tried all kinds of different settings, and it still doesn't
work. I have my own serial port that I got from school. I wonder:
Do I need to change any settings? Do I need to configure my
BrailleNote to do something, or JAWS or my computer? What should
I do?
