Hi,
Hmm, sounds like KeySoft is not communicating with KeySync.
First, try reinitializing KeySoft (Reset with DOTS 4-5-f/JKL)
then try connecting to KeySync again. Or, try using KeySync 4.0
(the latest version out there).
As for me being a wizard, I'm not exactly a "wizard" - I would
say Alex Hall is the actual "guy" in terms of usability of
KeySoft. I'm mostly into explanations and compatibility (with
some advocacy works). Amongst the "experts," we tend to focus
different things or parts of BrailleNote - Alex is more towards
software and I'm more towards hardware.
In this situation, I would say Alex has more say on this.
Cheers,
Joseph

Well, I recommend you ask Joseph Lee, maybe he knows the answer
to this one. I have a similar problem with KeySync, where as
soon
as I hit connect, it brings me up with an exception command error
message. I don't know what to do, and I think Joseph will know.
He is a wizard on BrailleNotes.
By the way, my keysync still does the same thing. I'm using
activeSync version 3.8, and windows XP; keysync version 2.0.3. I
have a BrailleNote running KeySoft 7.2 build 47. If someone on
this list could help us that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Subject: [Braillenote] keysync error
Hello,
I have recently upgraded to windows 7. I have an apex, and am
running
keysync 4. When I attempted to sync my planner and contacts, I
got wording
during the process to the effect, exception interrupted target
invocation.
Does anyone know what this means?
