Are you able to put the CF card into your computer and test it
there? It
could be that the card needs to be reformatted. It could also be
that the
card connector in the BrailleNote has become defective. You will
definitely want to try reformatting the card though before
considering
service.

I have found that my sd card slot on my Mpower running KeySoft
8.0 is acting very strange. I have one of three problems:
1. It says nothing when the card is inserted.
2. It says "card not recognized" when the card is inserted.
3. It says there is not enough space on the card, even though
there are only a few files (totaling 60 megs). The full size of
the card is 483 mb.
This card is recognized on my laptop.
Also, I have been able to use this card in my BrailleNote for
about a year now.
