It is "a tad crude", but when you consider that cmd is not officially supported by hw at all, it is better than nothing. Unfortunately, hw decided to do away with cmd.exe on the Apex. Technically, ce6 hid the file, but I would think a shortcut would not be hard to make. Sorry for the bad news to Apex users (myself included).
