Hi Lucy:

KeyWord can work with MS Word doc documents that are not too complex; those that do not contain tables or columns or graphics. Files in the docs format made with MS Word 2007 and 2010 can not be read unless you convert them to the doc format.

For more years than I can recall Humanware has been on the edge of upgrading KeyWord so that these documents can be read and worked with. The program has not been significantly upgraded for the past 10 years.
