To coppy and paist you put your curser before the beggining of the
word then hit space with b to go to the block commands menue then
you go to the bodum where you want to stop coppying, put your curser
there, then hit the coppy button on the block command menew. Then go
to where you want to paist it in, then you hit paist and there you go.
