1. Yes, you can simply restore a backup of your mPower's flash
disk
onto the Apex, or selectively copy folders or files over I
recommend
using a thumb drive for this instead of an SD card because of the
occasional problems the Apex has with sd cards.
2. Ask hw; they should be able to just give you a .hwi file
which you
will put on an sd card or thumb drive (in the root). When you
put that
drive into the Apex, you will be asked to upgrade. Note that I
am not
speaking from experience here, only information from Readme
documents
and audio presentations.
3. You get one battery with the Apex; the battery will be
plugged into
the machine, so all you need to do is charge it like normal.
Last I
checked, a second battery was $50 (U.S. dollars) and there is no
way
to charge a battery outside of the Apex.

my apex at the state convention this saturday

1 is it possible to have keybase and keylist and keymail
