Hi Peggy
I too have listened to beeping for an hour or so and given up
when trying to back up my Apex!
I also find that when I download emails it takes much much longer
than it did with the mPower although sending emails from the Apex
seems quicker than receiving.
Can others contribute about this?

Hi, all. I thought I'd try again to back up my Apex files,
hoping that the upgrade to 9.01 would make the process faster.
With 9.0, I gave up after listening to an hour's worth of beeps.
I'm thinking that nothing's improved with the 9.01 upgrade. I
started the backup about 30 minutes ago, and it's still sitting
here beeping. I'm sure it would take longer to back up an Apex
than it would to back up an mPower or a classic BN, but since the
display is blank, I don't know if it's really working, or if it's
just sitting here beeping.
Has anyone actually succeeded in backing up an Apex, and if so,
how long did it take?
