Hi,
Here we go:
1. Go to Options/Connectivity.
2. Go to Review an existing Connection Configurations.
3. From the selection prompt, press SPACE to access all configurations. 4. When you found the wireless configuration to delete, press BACKSPACE with DOTS 2-3-5-6 (CTRL+8 on QT), then press y to delete the record.
To recreate it:
1. From Options/Connectivity, go to Wireless Ethernet and turn it on.
2. Select Configure a new Wireless Connection.
3. Step through the connection configuration list (config name, SSID, type of network (infrastructure or ad-hoc), security, etc.), using the same settings as before. 4. When you are done, press SPACE with DOTS 2-6 (CTRL+ENTEr on QT) to add the connection.
After you're done, try the settings again.
Also, if this thing continues, reset the router (usually the reset button for the router is on the underside of most routers).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
Uh oh... This is not a good thing...
You might want to delete the connection config and recreate it.
Or, you might want to perform ROM Reinitialization Reset (Reset
with DOTS 1-2-3) to reload everything from ROM.
Cheers,
Joseph P.S. More on ROM Reset later...

Subject: [Braillenote] Having trouble with wifi

Hello,
I am having some trouble with my wifi since the upgrade. It
seems slower connecting and sometimes when going to a site, it
only loads about 80% sometimes and then freezes up. Then I have
to reset again. my streaming audio web site that I have saved
from before the upgrade do not load as before either. I have
done everything I can think of, different types of resetting,
reinstalling the upgrade, and called tech support for
suggestions. They said that they had not had any others call in
with problems. They told me to try to reset and then unplug our
router and plug it back in, but it did not improve. They also
suggested that I get rid of the ie history, which we did, and
that didn't help. I have even gotten a few "application program
error" messages. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.
Sharon
