I need a little Apex hand holding here. I have had my Apex for a few months but held off doing anything on line with it until a patch came out to fix some issues. Now that 9.01 is out and installed on my unit, I am trying to copy some data bases from my VoiceNote mPower to the Apex. The directory of email accounts seems to have copied over with no problem because I can view them in the Apex key mail setup area. For some reason, I am unable to copy over both address files to the key list folder. One copies but the other tells me another process is using that file and refuses to overwrite it. Got any idea what I can do to get past this issue? Also, I went into connection configurations and created one for my ethernet port on the Apex but when I attempt to use the key web feature, it fails to make any connection. I thought this thing was on once a configuration was created and a cable was plugged in. Did I miss some turn on step to let me out to the net? Thanks for any help. Richard Ehrler
