Hi all -- thanks for your responses to all of my questions today! In helping me with my email issue, one of you suggested that I go through and delete unneeded files from the "Attachments" subdirectory. I followed all the steps listed and found the subdirectory with no difficulty, but it said that there were no files. I receive attachments all the time, so what could be going on?
