Yes, that method should work for you - backing up your mPower and
restoring this to your Apex should work.

My new Apex QT arrived today and I want to transfer all my
information from
the mPower.
1. Should I do a complete backup on the mPower and then a
restore on the
Apex?
2. Is there an easy way to delete all personal information from
the mPower
before I send it back to Humanware?
Any other information about things I should do would also be
appreciated.
