Few answers (mainly for Nicole):
* You can in fact view user guide files on the Flash Disk on the
Apex. These are stored under Manual folder on the Flash Disk.
* If you go to HumanWare website, there is a manual (an HTML
version, text version and Microsoft Word version) availible for
Apox. Go to Support link, then BrailleNote Apex, then go to
Manuals link.
* KeySoft System Disk (RAM Disk) is still there under Apex, but
it is not accessible to users (there are ways around it; see
archives as to how to manipulate this "hack").
