Really, I think if you need Humanware to do something to address a
BrailleNote bug, a direct note to [email protected] is the way to go.
Somebody from Humanware may happen to be watching the list, but you can't
be sure of that nor that they will happen to catch your particular plea
for help.

Then, too, merely renaming a file to a different extension does not
magically transform the internals of the file. That's why the Apex has
that Translate facility in the File Manager along with the ability to save
out of an existing file in a new format. It may be that your problem is
simply that you're trying to change the fundamental makeup of a file by
just changing the file's name, and that's not going to work unless the
Apex is a lot smarter than I think it is.

Best regards,
Jerry

Subject
[Braillenote] class does not exist; this (is) urgent

When creating a file for spanish class, on the apex I named it
242.1 (for page 242 exercise 1.) It was a microsoft word file, so
I renamed the file to 242.1.doc and then tried to open it. Upon
pressing enter at "review previous options" it said, "Class does
not exist." Then returned to keyword menu. Please can you
address this as soon as possible?
