I hope you have better luck than I did with this issue. The first
time I called HW I spoke to someone who was super helpful and was
going to try some things with me to see if we could avoid sending the
unit in, but unfortunately I didn't have my AC adapter with me so
couldn't do anything. When I called back I got someone who had no idea
what else could be tried so had to send the unit in and haven't heard
a peep out of them since and its been 3 weeks.
