There is not a bit of damage to your unit or files
by doing a 4-5-6 reset. I used to do them
regularly.

Hi. On the classic, when you do a 4-5-6 reset, what
does this
reset do? Is it bad? I find I sometimes need to do
it if there's
not enough space on the flash disk to create a file,
folder, or
to even erase. If you have any ways I could get

without having to do any resets that would be nice.

have any suggestions, would the suggestions you guys

creating
folders, creating files, erasing files, moving files
