Hi. Did you try a reset with dots 4-5-6 held down? I understand about the dBC. You can change it to function as a full-fledged Braille Note with the DBC. If you want to know how to do this let me know. As far as the reset, hold down dots 4-5-6 and press the reset button and let it out. Wait for the chime to release the keys. Just send me a message.
