Hi. Did you try a reset with dots 4-5-6 held down? I understand about the
dBC. You can change it to function as a full-fledged Braille Note with the
DBC. If you want to know how to do this let me know. As far as the reset,
hold down dots 4-5-6 and press the reset button and let it out. Wait for
the chime to release the keys. Just send me a message.

Hope this one helps, if not I will have more suggestions.

Melissa

Subject: [Braillenote] one very dead braille note mpower bt32

Good Evening all. Well that subject line pretty much says it. Was having
a TTY conversation with relay Texas. I typed something hit enter and she
died. wouldn't respond. So turned it off turned it back on again. Nada.
Did a reset, same result very lack there of. Any ideas here?? I have had
this thing a grand total of three days. No matter what I try nothing
works. Any help greatly appreciated. Can't really tell what version of
keysoft I'm using since it's also a DBC and course I can't turn it on to
find out. It does nothing.

Thanks a lot from a rather anxious

Jack
