Hello:

I recall having this problem , but not the exact solution.

I do recall how frustrating it ".

I did not delete the folder and start over again. I did many resets; simple, 4-5-6 and 1-2-3 resets.

I hope you find a solution soon.

Subject: [Braillenote] Strange problem with Keyplan
on bn

Hi all,

here is the situation.

From the main menu, I go into the planner. I then
hit enter on the day/date I wish to open. It then says,

"exception: edit command: 3. Access violation
reading 316022880."

Upon exiting back into the keyplan menu, and asking
to carry out planner maintenance, and hitting yes when it asks me if I am sure, I get the following.

"3% complete. 36% complete. 58% complete. 84%
complete. 300 can be restored. Original database reported 302 records. Copy repaired planner over existing planner?"

Upon saying yes, and saying no to the prompt that
entails backing up the old planner, I get the following.

""Could not copy planner files. Check you have
enough free space on your flash disk, or press reset holding down dots 1, 2, and 3."

Upon doing the reset, and trying again, exactly the
same result is met. I have some 46.18 mb of flash disk space free.

I cannot, therefore, see where my problem is being
created, so any help that you can give me would be appreciated!

Cheers, Blake.
