ok, what I have done previously with the planner, is first go to
the beginning date you want to export. Turn on the top of block,
then get the lst day you want to include. Be sure to put the
bottom block marker in the last appointment. copy the block to
keyboard. make text file, paste the clipboard in. You may need
to insert linebreaks but all your appointments are safe.

Subject: [Braillenote] Is There Any Import/Export Capability in
theBrailleNote Planner?
Hi all,
I have read that the BrailleNote planner is compatible with
Microsoft
Outlook, but, other than that, is there any compatibility between
the
planner and software for the PC? I have used the Datebook.brl
file on the
Braille Lite for years, and that file is a generic braille
document with a
block paragraph for each date. I was wondering if there's any
reasonable
way to exchange data between the BrailleNote planner and a file
like my
old Datebook.brl. I like the quick date access in the planner,
but I sort
of don't want to totally lose the possibility of exporting to the
Braille
Lite if my Apex needs to go in for repairs or something. Has
anybody done
any experimenting with this?
Thanks,
Jerry
