I replied to Michelle's e-mail, but I forgot to send a copy to
the list. The message she received was in HTML. If someone
knows a way to convert it to a readable format, please let us
know. As for the attachments, when it says there are attachments
you can move down with the thumb key and the end of the file will
tell you what kind of attachment it is. If they are jpeg files,
they're pictures; don't open them; it will corrupt your e-mail
and you'll have to save your e-mail and create a new e-mail
database. I think I have that wording correct. I DO know that I
have had to do this three times in almost 2 years that I've had
my mPower, so if I can help someone else, I'm glad to do it.
