Subject: [Braillenote] dots sticking up on braille display

Hi. I have wanted to post through a lot earlier but I never did.
So here's the kind of needed-to be answered question. When I'm
reading my mpower's braille display, the dots are sticking up.
I can wipe them down, however. Then I have like five cells that
have dots that I cannot go back down. The dots that I can't get
to go down aren't all the way up, just a little bit but sometimes
it can affect my reading.
Any suggestions that you would have about both of these problems?
I hope to hear from you soon as I would really like an answer
back.
At the time of this writing, I have some dots that were sticking
up but I could wipe them down.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Would I need to clean the
display?

Cheers,
Brandon
