Hi, I have done this using JAWS 11. Unfortunately I don't have the documents at my fingertips. There are documents on the Companion CD that came with your Apex. You'll need to install the USB driver that permits using the USB-to-USB cable that came with your Apex. Then you will need to add the appropriate Braille Note driver for your screen reader. I could tell you more specifics if I had the CD at hand, but that isn't the case at the moment.
