Hi all,
I feel it is only fair to let you all know that a Humanware employee
in the marketing department responded to my complaint email with a
request for clarification. Actually, the question was whether I saw
the image description and which screen reader I was using. The point,
though, is that they seem to be taking notice this time around, and I
appreciate that hw may be coming to see our point. Just FYI.
