Subject: a few thoughts on recent topics
Hi all, looking at the archive just now I have found that there
was someone asking about how people thought about HW. Here are
my feelings, customer service is good, but I think the products
need to be better made so that it won't cost us so much. This
unit was given to me by the lions club in 2006. We ended up
having to pay a quarwither of the original cost of the unit. I
sent it in 2 years later and we ended up having to pay $1700 to
get it fixed, and $2,000 a year later to replace the braille
display.
