Hi folks, The Seventh BrailleNote Chat went very well. We had up to eight people participating (in the second session alone), including myself (both sessions), Alex Hall (both sessions), Blake Ison (second session), Robert Cummings (first session), Q. Little (first), David T (second) and others, with no HW staff present. There was almost no pause between questions, answers and comments (with occasional connection errors with some folks). Well, as the subject line says, the recording of the chats are now available for download. It is located on the BrailleNote PbWorks site (braillenote.pbworks.com) under Podcast Radio link. From that page, find "BrailleNote Chat" heading; both parts are the last recordings. Both files are mp3 files; note that there might be audio issues such as volume and some silence. As a general courtesy, I'm thinking of planning either the third session of the seventh chat or an eighth chat - with definite presence of HW staff (I'll try my best to invite the staff for that chat). Even without the company staff, the answers that were given were useful - the users themselves answered most of the questions posed on the chat sessions (the experts were there, as it has been).
