Hi all, could someone please give me a solution to this ongoing problem? I've emailed the list 2 other times about it but have gotten no way to fix it. What is happening is that I have KeyMail set to delete email from the server if they are in the trash folder. Most of the time this works properly, but there are certain email addresses that, no matter if the email has already been downloaded and is in the trash folder or saved in the email folder in the BN's email system, the email is treated as if it is a new message and the only way I know to get rid of the message is to delete it from the server by going in and deleting the message from the server. Can anyone give me a way to keep this from happening?
