Hi, Good questions... In my case, I do have a laptop, so I have ready access to most of my BN files (if and only if I translated braille documents to text). Reading things at church... Yes, I see your point. But for sake of backup and portability, I suggest a laptop in addition to a BrailleNote (so if one of them is gone, you can use another one). Hope this helps... Cheers, Joseph
