I quite agree, Robbert. Services, especially here in Australia are allways

Hello All,
Recently, I wrote to the list, due to the fact, that my unit was
saying ac adapter on and off, quite a bit when plugged in.
Humanware tech support read my e-mail, and contacted me about the
issue.
It turns out, that there were some ac adapters that had this
specific issue.
I was able to receive a new ac adapter free of charge, and it has
solved the issue.
I feel, that Hw tech support needs to be recognized for their
quick effort to solve my issue.
