Did you hold down the reset key for 5 to 7 seconds? When I
pressed the reset button for a second it was still froze but when
I held it down for 7 seconds it worked.

Hi. When I was asked for field 5 in the database manager
creation process, I pressed enter and the Apex froze. I tried a
soft reset and it did not work. What do I do? If I don't see any
of these problems resolved in 7 days then I'm returning this
unit. Please can somebody help me? Hope to hear from you soon.
