Ah ok. Yeah I am using vista. Which one of the resets clears memory? The one that is similar to the jkl reset on the MPower. I did look at all the resets in the guide but I just don't want to make a mistake.

Thanks,
Malaina

Hi,
The whole set of sounds for the Apex and documents which we were able to access on the mPower is hidden like that. The Keysoft system disk (RAM Disk) is still there except you won't be able to access it in a normal fashion (using File manager/Directory). The only "real" way to find out is using Windows XP computer and ActiveSync to view contents of the Apex's file and folder structure, as Vista and up somewhat hides it from the user. I have planned it, but my unit is going north to get its display fixed, so I will
not be able to report back on it until at least September.
Cheers,
joseph

Thanks that seemed to work. I don't think I would have tried
that. What else is hidden like that? HMMMMM. I wonder.

Hi,
It's still there, but you won't be able to use "normal" or even
"hidden'
ways to access it. The effective way is to type:
\Windows\8sinks.mp3
Into the address prompt from KeyWeb. Hopefully the file will
start playing
or KeyWweb will ask you where to download it - depending on your
settings.
Cheers,
Joseph

Is the 8 sinks not on the apex? I was trying to find it but
haven't had any luck. I know there is no keysoft system disk and
I am not sure if it is on the flash drive. I don't seem to have
a windows folder.
