The mPower does work with the Romeo Attache. But check with Cheryl in tech support at Enabling to find out exactly what adapter you'll need. I can't remember what we had to purchase, but the simple serial connection was causing chunks of text to be missing. We purchased the adapter, which was a $40 general market item that Enabling had tested and determined to fix the issue, directly from Enabling to ensure that we were getting the correct item.
