Hi Steve. I don't think there is a way to change it so that you could look up an adress in grade 2. I have the same version of keysoft as you do but I have an mpower. I tried it and it won't let me imput grade 2 either. I think the simple way to look up an adress is go to keylist menu then press l (look up adress), then press enter and it shows you someone's name. To look at the informaion for that person you just space through it. If you want to do it for another person when it shows you the name after you pressed enter before, you use space with dots 2 and 3 or space with dots 5 and 6. I don't know if it is the same for the classic. Its been a while since I used one.
