Hi, >From KeyMail Menu, go to Setup options/Receive options. The second option is the size of automatic email download. Change it to something greater than I'd say 128K. For Classic and PK, I'd say leave it at 50K. For mPower, I'd say moving up to 128K or 256K would be fine. For Apex, I'd say go to 1 MB (1024 K) or more. Cheers, Joseph

I get told that emails with simle word attachments are too large and that I have to provide the option to download them before they will download. I would like to make the original setting larger so that these attachments will download automatically and only large files such as audio files will be preceded by this query. I think it will make downloading emails quicker. However, I don't know how to do it or how large to make the number of bytes. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
