Hello Jose and list, I'm sorry that you guys are having issues. These settings work just fine for my live account. Unfortunately, these are the only settings that I have found. I don't really know what else to try.

send and receive with no issues using these settings.
pop server: pop3.live.com Secure Connection for Pop: yes Smtp Server: smtp.live.com Secure Connection: Yes Use Authentication: No Pop Port: 995 Smtp Port: 465
